• TUESDAY Tutoring Sessions

  Students may wish to attend optional tutoring sessions on Tuesdays, run by the TA's who are specialists in M 2250. You may go to any of the sessions. Problems will be discussed and you will be able to ask individual questions. MAPLE hints will be given. The TA's will also review for midterm exams during the sessions. All tutoring sessions will be held Tuesdays.

• Computer Lab

  The computer lab is located in the T. Benny Rushing Mathematics Center between JWB and LCB. There you will be able to work on your MAPLE assignments. You can use the lab anytime except when the lab is reserved for other classes. The details of the lab can be found at http://www.math.utah.edu/ugrad/lab/.

  By the way, students can also run MAPLE from the Engineering labs and from Marriott, or may wish to buy a student version from the book store for a cost of approximately $100.

• Tutoring Center

  Additional free tutoring is available all week in the Math Center. Some of the TA's staffing the tutoring center will be able to answer differential equations and MAPLE questions.

• MAPLE Tutoring

  Tutoring sessions introducing MAPLE were held the first two weeks of class. Appointments for further tutoring sessions for small groups may still be possible. But you will have to arrange these with Angie Gardiner.
