Hi, I'm Connor!
I am a third-year mathematics Ph.D. candidate and NSF Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Utah. I design stochastic models of stem cell dynamics across organism lifespans, using the zebrafish testis as an exemplary system. By fitting and comparing my models to experimental lineage tracing data, I seek to better understand the genetic drivers of tissue deterioration in the face of aging.
My advisor is Fred Adler. I am also a member of Jamie Gagnon's lab.
