Logging in to Slate

You must have first completed the Slate Access Form. Note that access is not granted immediately after filling out that form, there is a delay of a couple days.

Go to futureu.admissions.utah.edu/manage/. It will first take you to the Duo login page, unless you have recently logged in in which case it may take you directly to Slate.

After logging in with Duo it takes you to the main Slate page, which looks like this:
