Registration and Fees
The SMB 2000 registration fees includes attendance at all three days of the conference
sessions, poster sessions, conference materials, refreshment breaks, and Saturday lunch.
The fees are:
- On or before June 30, 2000 the conference fee $150 ($50 for students)
- After June 30, 2000 the conference fee $200 ($75 for students)
To register for SMB 2000 complete the
registration form.
Some social events are available at an additional cost.
Cancellation
To cancel your registration, you must send written notice to the University of Utah
Conferences & Events at the address noted above no later than Tuesday, July 25, 2000.
Only cancellations made by that date will be accepted. A $40 administrative service
charge will be assessed on all cancellations. When requesting cancellation, be sure
to ask for and retain your cancellation number. Confirmed registrants who do not attend
the conference or who cancel after July 25 are responsible for the entire
registration fee. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time.
