preibis

SYNOPSIS

preibis [-a] [-g] [-m] infile

DESCRIPTION

preibis is a shell script that drives the programs within preprocessor. preibis performs the following tasks.

1.

Updates the README file to indicate the preprocessor has been run.

2.

Checks on the existence of the Fcode subdirectory.

3.

Runs ibpts to parse the ibis program.

4.

Checks for successful completion of ibpts.

5.

Creates subdirectories for graphical output.

6.

Graphically displays the initial position of the IB points.

7.

Compiles the FORTRAN simulation program.

8.

Archives the ibis program.

preibis interpretes the following options.

• -a - create an archive.
• -g - no graphics displayed.
• -m - no make performed (if graphics are requested, a make is performed.)
