Conclusions:
- Large scale spatial inhomogeneities are inadequate to account
for defibrillation.
- Small scale inhomogeneities are theoretically adequate to
account for defibrillation
- HOWEVER, there is not (yet) experimental confirmation that
small scale spatial inhomogeneities are present with sufficient
amplitude to account for defibrillation.
